“It’s strange when I go in to the hatch my female is calm and just stands on my legs with her front legs in the air but when my husband goes in she tries to bite him. 😀
Will that change when the babies are older? Would like to take the kids to have a look but scared she tries to bite them too.”
Don’t they look great? 🙂 Yes, the mum should get a little more relaxed, about people seeing them, as they grow. It is good that she is so relaxed with you, and she will get used to your husband and the children

hi i think someone is using my info on this site? i’m charline fraser and i haven’t put any photos up of my new baby rabbits on here… and my babys are white and black spotted and brown stripes on the back of a couple of them and i dont no how to post photos up of them i would like to no how so i can show everyone what the look like can someone please tell me how to put photos up or send me link thank you…. 🙂

OH!!!!
That is my fault then. You asked for information on how to post pics of your baby bunnies which were a week old and I gave you the email address to send them to. Within a very few minutes, someone sent me these pictures (also of babies a week old) with the text so, although the email address WAS different, I assumed that they were from you. The photos were sent from a phone so I thought that that was why the email was different.
My apologies for the mix up – I will take your name off this post.
If you would like to email your photos to me at islandsmallholder@gmail.com I will happily put them into a post for you.
In the meantime I will email the sender of these photos and see if I can add a name to them

I have 2 rabbits. I don’t know they’re type and I think they’re about 1 month old. They are brownish and they have some white. When you open up the fur, its grey. I recently bought a rabbit and rodent encyclopedia and I found out that they’re the Vienna Rabbits. They are still young and I really want help on how to properly take care of them so they can live a long, happy life. Help please!!

Hi – congratulations on your new rabbits. Well done for looking for information to keep them happy and healthy. If you have got yourself a good book that is a good start. Feel free to ask any questions you need to. One thing – remember that they need stimulation as well as food and water. Most rabbits love attention and something to “do”. We have one that loves to jump, and a couple of others that love pieces of pipe put in their runs for them to race through. You will find out what your bunnies like, but watch them and enjoy them and they will give you clues 🙂
